New signs of life.
After a period of hibernation, and just as the signs of Spring are with us, our building project is coming back to life. On 1st April 2019, our new contractors, Beard Construction, will take over where Lakehouse left off, and complete the building project by August 2019.

The remaining works include completing the new entrance and Dunrossil Centre, fitting out the new strongrooms with three miles of mobile racking, completing the Chester-Master room and the Gloucestershire Family History Society’s office, and last but not least making good the car park.
We are grateful to Gloucestershire County Council for making this possible, and to the National Lottery Heritage Fund for extending the Activity Plan to December 2020.
